About Proactive Employment Solutions

Proactive Employment Solutions is a private labour recruiting agency based in Dar - Es - Salaam, Tanzania. As a developing country, we face the huge challenge of reducing poverty and inequality. Although we are currently experiencing some positive trends in this sector with unemployment reducing by 15% in five years dropping from 46% in 2001 to 31% in 2006, more still needs to be done in order to eradicate this social and economic condition in the spirit of growth and development.

Our organisation believes that in order to achieve this goal that may appear to be unattainable to some we need to be Proactive as a society. Hence the theme of our mode of operation, we consider ourselves to be trail blazers of a new era. Proactive Employment Solutions is not only an organisation but a movement. We aim to do our part in reducing and eventually eliminating the disparities that exist in the Tanzanian society.
